If you're a church of fifty and a few people carry most of it, a shared folder will serve you well for a while, and there's no shame in that. Greenroom starts earning its place when a second campus becomes a real conversation, or when you've onboarded the same role twice in a year.
If you need volunteer records, background-check expiry tracking, or proof that a specific person read a specific policy on a specific date, Greenroom won't get you there. That's a compliance system, and it's a different product. Say so on a call and I'll tell you straight.

Because the same features are worth more to you. A church with four campuses and two hundred volunteers gets more out of a system like this than a church with one room and thirty, and charging both the same means one of them is subsidising the other. I'd rather the smaller church could afford it.

You fill in the form, and I set your site up by hand — usually the same day. There is no self-serve signup yet, which is a deliberate trade for now: it means your subdomain, ministries and categories are already in place the first time you log in.
